Looking for Administrative Assistant, part time with potential for fulltime
Position is part time 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge and proficient in general office procedures and use of office equipment
- Computer skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
- Organized
- Able to perform task on their own, comfortable to take responsibilities without having to be directed
- At least 1 year experience in office administrative duties
- Must be able to follow instructions to perform tasks
- Ability to multitask several assignments
Responsibilities
- Maintain paper and electronic filing
- Answer incoming calls. Make outbound calls to clients.
- Maintain records and data base
- Maintain and update project via Excel
