Seeking Night Shift Lead for a Union Lumber Facility
The Night Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the night shift operations. Overseeing 15-20 employees
Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet operational requirements, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
Implementing and monitoring protocols to prevent workplace accidents and injuries involves conducting regular safety audits and training staff on proper equipment use.
Implement and enforce safety and health guidelines in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Must have a minimum of 3yrs experience operating a forklift
Must be able to train in the first shift then be transfer to the night shift with a ".50 pay increase"
Must be able to participate in a background check and E-Verify
Must be able to work outdoors (Facility is open)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Temp-to Hire after 90 Day probation with "pay increase"
