We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble electric and pneumatic chain and wire rope hoists. The ideal candidate will have experience in electromechanical assembly and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electric and pneumatic chain and wire rope hoists according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Install electrical components such as motors, switches, sensors, and wiring harnesses.
Perform mechanical assembly tasks including mounting, fastening, and alignment of components.
Test assembled units to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assemble pneumatic hoists to configuration requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in assembly processes.
General electrical knowledge and ability to read and understand wiring diagrams.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to interpret blueprints.
Ability to operate various measuring tools including calipers and tape measures.
