We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble lesson kits as directed adhering to quality control procedures.
Pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation of outgoing shipments.
Monitor shelf stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area and warehouse.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding order status, and inventory issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing warehouse efficiency initiatives.
Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours depending on our busy/slow season.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
