Founded in 2010, TacFire Inc. supplies components for the shooting, hunting, and outdoor sports industry. TacFire wholesales it's firearms parts and accessories to distributors, manufacturers, and retailers of all sizes. Although TacFire is a small, privately owned business, it's capabilities and scope rival it's largest competitors in the marketplace.

We are looking for talented, experienced, and motivated armorer/assembler that is passionate to work for a growing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is for both firearms assembly, and general warehouse work. The candidate will sometimes be needed to assemble uppers, parts kits, slides, and other components related to firearms. Previous experience in firearms assembly/disassembly strongly desired. Armorer certification is desired, but equivalent experience such as military service that includes MOS 92Y, gun smith or gun store experience in building or servicing firearms will be accepted. The general warehouse work entails picking, pulling, and packing orders for shipping. Duties and responsibilities are:

Responsible for performing all phases of order picking, packing, and processing in a warehouse environment.

Serve as a liaison between the sales department and the warehouse.

Responsible for ensuring order completion and accuracy.

Manage inventory.

Responsible for placing labels on products, boxes, and inventory.

Bagging, labeling, and preparing products for packing.

Assemble firearms parts kits as needed.

Communicate supply & tool needs.

Ability to meet deadlines and goals.

Team player and works well with others to strive for a common goal.

Skills and Qualifications:

Certified armorer or equivalent experience desired.

Knowledge and familiarity with AR-15 and Glock firearms parts desired.

1-2 years warehouse experience.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Able to bend, squat, and reach above shoulder lever on a frequent basis.

Ability to drive a forklift a plus, but not required.

Ability to use a pallet jack.

Basic knowledge of computer based order processing and label printing a plus

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Clean background, able to pass a background check.

Able to legally work in the USA.

Tools Familiarity

Knowledge and use of typical warehouse tools and equipment, including but not limited to: Strapping machine, tape guns, label printers, box cutters, etc.

Knowledge of firearms armorer's tools.

Ability to read and write in English.
