We are a fast-growing warehouse and fulfillment company (EXP Fulfillment) looking for a highly experienced assistant to manage our client lead database and email outreach.
This is a remote, part-time position. Please do not apply if you don't have experience with CRM and email marketing tools. There is no training provided.
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday
3 hours per day (15 hours per week)

$18/hour to start
What You'll Be Doing:
Organize and update leads in our CRM system (Zoho or HubSpot)
Segment contact lists by customer type (e.g. retailers, importers)
Send email campaigns using Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar platforms
Track responses and follow-up tasks for the sales team
Help manage client referral and loyalty programs
Requirements - MUST HAVE:
Experience using CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
Strong written English, detail-oriented, and reliable
Must be organized and know how to manage follow-ups
Logistics or 3PL background is a big plus
