Carbon Law Group is a leading tech-focused business and intellectual property law firm, dedicated to revolutionizing the legal industry through innovative products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Product Intern.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and launch of our "Founder Prenup" intake, designed to help founders determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Collaborate with our team to refine and expand our subscription legal service platform, focusing on increasing client acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with our developers to launch our filing assistant for Delaware Annual Reports and California Statement of Information.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for product development and business growth.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and content to promote our products and services.
- Provide general support to the business development and product teams as needed.
This is an in-person position. You will be expected to commute to Chino Hills five days a week initially and then possibly move to hybrid where you will be required to be in the office at least three days a week.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the legal industry and a desire to explore a potential career in law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with data analysis and market research techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and technology to drive innovation in the legal industry.
- Prefers an active lifestyle, time spent on feet required
