Worker's Compensation paralegal assistant

We are looking for a full-time bilingual Worker's Compensation paralegal assistant for a busy well-established law firm. Please do not apply if you are not bilingual. Applicant should be familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word and Outlook. Tasks include taking client calls, documenting file notes in Merus, setting doctors appointments, sending notices/proofs of service, filing IMR appeals, scanning documents to electronic files, serving notices and other correspondence. Compensation depends on experience, Kaiser health insurance and 401(k) available. Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 3 PM .
