Small foreclosure defense firm is seeking a licensed attorney with experience in civil litigation who is able to work as an independent contractor on a part-time basis. In the future, should things work out, there is the possibility of advancement in the firm.
The attorney should be able to help analyze and develop strategy in managing cases to a successful conclusion, do fact-finding and witness interviews, do legal research, draft/respond to general pleadings and discovery, discuss cases with opposing counsel, and oversee the work of office paralegals.
