Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution, including trial.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Work closely with clients, experts, and team members to develop effective case strategies.
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in California and in good standing.
3+ years of litigation experience. Probate experience is a plus.
Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
A team player with a good sense of humor and a strong work ethic.
Bilingual is a plus
