Solimon | Rodgers P.C. is setting the standard of excellence in the field of Workers' Compensation.

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney to join our team and assist with our high-volume caseload.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong legal foundation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with compassion for injured workers and the drive to make a difference.

If you have a pleasant demeanor, negotiate like a shark, and possess excellent communication skills - we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities will involve overseeing depositions, WCAB hearings, case preparation for trial, negotiating settlements, and reviewing AME/QME reports to determine strategic next steps.

Strong teamwork, organizational and time management skills are crucial.

Juris Doctorate (J.D.), and possession of a California Bar License is required.

Although familiarity with Workers' Compensation cases is preferable, it is not required. A strong commitment to learning and making a meaningful impact is highly valued.

Familiarity with A1 software is preferred.
