### Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing Shipments:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders.
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report any issues.
- Sort, label, and store incoming items in designated storage areas.
- Inventory Management:
- Accurately record and manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with inventory audits and report any discrepancies to management.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing them securely and labeling packages correctly.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and store goods.
- Shipping and Dispatching:
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Verify shipping documents, including packing slips and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Maintaining a Safe and Clean Work Environment:
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
