Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, managing inventory, and helping maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack products according to customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Put away stock in designated areas and maintain proper inventory organization
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures
Follow all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines
Keep workspace clean, organized, and hazard-free
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented attitude and effective communication skills
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
