Job Description:
Premium Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our office team in Corona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all shipments are accurately processed, and maintaining organized records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists
Track and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers regarding shipments
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle tasks related to damage reporting, inventory accuracy, deductions, and billing
Perform detailed data entry, including copy and paste tasks, with a focus on accuracy
Requirements:
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in handling billing, damage reporting, and inventory management
