2ND AND 3RD SHIFT
Responsible for Detail Cleaning of Processing equipment including, production utensils, tanks, totes, conveyors, slicers, tumblers, over head pipes conveyors, packers, slicers, tumblers, overhead pipes, cooling units, walls, floors, drains, ceiling etc.
Responsible for maintaining outside waste are and perimeter.
Must use the 7 steps to effectively wet wash during cleaning to maintain food safety and pest control.
Must comply with all company and quality policies and chemical and safety procedures.
May be required to assemble and disassemble processing equipment.
Work in a timely manner to return production areas and equipment back to production.
Responsible for transporting trash and other waste for disposal.
Abel to communicate problems or concerns with appropriate personnel.
Wear all proper Proctective equipment during sanitation cleaning.
Must have knowledge of lockout/tagout process.
Must be able to lift 15-50 pounds
Must be able to work loud and cold and wet environments.
Position req standing for long periods of time, walking, bending squatting and frequently twisting.
