Job Summary:I am seeking a reliable, hands-on Cultivation and Personal Assistant to support day-to-day cannabis grow operations, i manage multiple locations and need help with personal errands (personal assistant type tasks), and handle general handyman or light construction tasks. This is a highly flexible and varied role, ideal for someone who is adaptable, discreet, and self-motivated.
Important: The ideal candidate must be available to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights , and weekends as needed. Reliability and flexibility are essential.cant have any restrictions I need someone who can deliver results at any given time.
Key Responsibilities:
Cannabis Cultivation Support:
Assist with daily plant care: watering, cloning, pruning, transplanting, and harvesting
Keep grow rooms clean, organized, and running smoothly
Monitor basic environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity)
Follow proper handling and cultivation procedures per legal guidelines
Handyman & Light Construction:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical basics, etc.)
Help with equipment setup (grow lights, shelving, irrigation, etc.)
Assist with facility improvements and occasional construction work
Personal Assistant Tasks:
Drive to appointments, run errands, and support with personal logistics
Help with scheduling, procurement, and occasional home-related tasks
Handle all responsibilities with discretion, loyalty, and professionalism
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in cultivation or gardening (preferred, not required)
Skilled with tools; experience in maintenance or construction
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willing and able to work at unpredictable hours, including early mornings and late nights
Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and problem-solving abilities
Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with indoor grow systems or horticulture
Basic knowledge of electrical or HVAC systems
Experience in security or general
