Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with warehouse management through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Update/ edit employee clock ins
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of interactions, process payroll and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualification:
Maintaining excellent attendance
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work under pressure
Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, TMW)
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
