KELLY SERVICES is currently Hiring Warehouse Leads for the Walmart Distribution Center located in Fontana, Ca. (zip code 92335).Position: Warehouse Lead/Loading and Unloading most of the shift side by side with Team.Location: Fontana, CAPay Rate:$22.00-per hourSchedule:Weekend Shift-Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:00am to 5:30pm (must be available to work on day off if called in)12 hour shift-Anything after the 8 hours will be paid as overtime.Long-Term Temp-To-HireRequirements:- Must be able to work 3-day weekend schedule above.- Reliable transportation- Excellent attendance record- Bilingual in Spanish is a must- Good communication skills for conducting morning meetings, coaching employees, and interacting with customers- Ability to manage a team of 15 employees- Job duties include loading/unloading containers by hand and constant lifting (most of the shift)This position requires strong leadership skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
