We are looking for experienced roofers, builders, carpenters, installers, painters to join our company. Must be 18 and over with a ITIN # for tax reporting purposes. Willing and able to climb ladders 2-3 story. Experience installing miscellaneous roofing, hardware, vents etc… Must provide your own transportation within Southern California. Company vehicle and gas card will be provided for qualified individuals. We work throughout Southern California, our office is located in Norco, CA. Possession of personal tools is a plus but not required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, climb ladders, bend, kneel, occasionally access and work in crawl spaces, have a high tolerance for both hot and cold conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Skills:
- Experience in general construction, climbing ladders, roof installation, rain gutter repair and maintenance, vent installation.
- Knowledge of various roofing and construction materials and techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Gets along with others. This is fun not dumb.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay ranges on experience $25-$35 an hour.
