Property/Business Owner Seeks Full-Time 8am-5pm, Reliable General Maintenance to add to existing team to assist in maintaining rental properties. Opportunities for advancement.
Applicant must speak English. Ability and access to drive their own vehicle. MUST have valid drivers license, and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies throughout property when necessary. Having your own tools is a plus.
Assist maintenance supervisor and other maintenance team members with overseeing turnkey operations, ensuring that vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner.
General Maintenance Specifics: Perform general grounds cleanup, cleaning of rentals, remodeling. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, drywall, electrical a plus, but not necessary. Let us know your skill set.
Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: paint, hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping, blowers, pressure washers and required safety equipment. Must have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites; lift, move, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
