United Staffing Associates is has an immediate position 1st shift for one of our manufacturing companies in Chino.
The Deburrer will be responsible for finishing metal parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate power tools to deburr and finish metal parts
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify part dimensions
- Apply mechanical knowledge to understand part specifications and finishing requirements
- Utilize basic math skills to interpret measurements and dimensions
- Inspect parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Assemble components using hand tools
- Work with logic controllers to monitor and control the deburring process
Requirements
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Mechanical knowledge for understanding part specifications
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
