-Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone and via email
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
-Resolve customer inquires and concerns, promptly and professionally.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
-Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
-Record keeping
Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
-Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel and Power Point.
-A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding services.
