```Duties```
- Maintaining and filing records
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, payroll support, and time-cards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
```Requirements```
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus and Quickbooks
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and contract management is a plus
```Schedule```
- Monday - Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm
