Plastic surgery center/doctor's office is looking for an Admin Assistant in POMONA; Experience- Minimum 1 YR RECOMMENDED in Plastic Surgery/ Med Spa who can manage in Social Media Content Producer for Med Spa and grow with us as a team -
PART TIME (TUES, WED, THURS)
Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:
Competent using computers, iPads, iPhones, social media, microsoft office, adobe, google sheets/docs/websites, etc.
Forward thinking problem solver who can anticipate needs in a quick manner
Sales— Be in charge of all social media posts, organize photos, track leads and book appointments
Experience in working with social media
Experience working with websites
Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
Work may require traveling from Pomona and to Beverly Hills once a week
Manage up-selling procedures and services to our patients
Front Desk duties (rooming patients, assisting doctors and medical staff, answering phone calls, etc.)
Experience in medical field is a plus
