We are seeking a caregiver to join our team and provide compassionate support to individuals in recovery. This role requires a female candidate due to privacy and patient care considerations when working with female clients. As it involves conducting searches and providing care in situations where privacy and dignity considerations necessitate same-gender staffing. Facility location in Apple Valley, CA. Anyone qualifies for this role, we provide training, and certification. Part Time Position for Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4PM-12AM (8 Hour shift)

Responsibilities:
-Assist with client intake, monitoring, and support throughout their treatment journey.
-Ensure a safe and structured environment in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
-Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed.
-Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
-Collaborate with the clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans.
-Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
-Active RADT certification in the state of California.
-Experience working in substance use disorder treatment or a related field is preferred.
-Strong communication, de-escalation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment and provide supportive care.
-Availability for assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights as needed.
