is looking for a bakery prep to follow EAT recipes and standards. You must be extremely reliable and have the ability to work in a team environment. You will also assist with overall cleanliness of the back of house. Ultimately you will be responsible for baking a diverse pastry menu from paleo style breads, gluten free cookies, cakes, bread puddings, frostings, cream fillings etc.
Must be able to function, perform, and follow EAT policies and standards under limited supervision if scheduled early morning opening shift or a late closing shift. Able to work well under pressure and at a consistent pace, even when you are timed to ensure you are baking up to speed. Able to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Baked goods are needed for the business day from pre-orders, same day orders, and walk in customers
Must be able to work weekends
Must have previous experience
