Looking for someone who will be available on Sundays and maybe Mondays.
Current hours of operation: Tuesday-Saturday
Prep time: 10:00
Lunch Shift: 11:00 - 2:30
Break: 2:30 - 4:30
Dinner Shift: 4:30 - 9:00
Chef will be required to be skilled in tempura, cooking chicken and beef, vegetables, and various other items in the style and recipes of the restaurant.
A trial period with pay must be passed before chef is offered the position. Only experienced chefs are encouraged to apply, preferably with experience in Japanese or Korean restaurants.
