New modern taco restaurant in Moreno Valley, is seeking an experienced General Manager to help launch and manage our location. We're looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for the restaurant industry and a track record of successful management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling
Develop and implement operational procedures
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Foster a positive work environment and team culture
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
Experience in financial management and budgeting
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
