This position is Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Distributing assignments to estimators
Data entry
Ordering supplies
Invoicing
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Experienced with QuickBooks
A team player with a positive attitude and self-motivated
Pay Rate:
Experienced candidates: $19.00 per hour, with a review and possible raise after three months.
No experience: $16.50 per hour.
Bilingual is a plus!
