We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an hourly position starting from $20 per hour, depending on experience and background.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist with order processing, tracking, and returns
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system
Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve customer issues
Handle complaints or product/service issues with empathy and efficiency
Provide product information and support to customers as needed
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, order systems, and email tools
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have good attendance and be dependable
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
