Looking for someone with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience!
Must have a minimum of two years of experience in QuickBooks. Be able to reconcile job costs, run P&L, integrate with CRM software, etc. Looking to hire immediately!
Must have construction experience on QuickBooks. You will need to know about sub-pay apps and progress billing.
2 companies are on QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop; 1 company is QuickBooks Online
#1 company is an electrical company that must have construction/subcontractor experience
#2 company is a generator company, and a construction company MUST have CRM experience with Razorsync.
#3 company is a gym and works with a POS system.

Business development
Account reconciliation
Confidential document control
Review purchase documents and company receipts
Maintain a current understanding of state and federal accounting procedures to prevent legal or compliance issues.
Must be able to provide purchase orders for ordering
In charge of ordering and job costing all material and labor
Must be able to understand and apply taxes to all customer quotes
Assist Accountant as needed.
