Provides direct communication with the Nurse Director. Effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time and equipment on the unit and assists the department Director in the daily operation of the unit. Perform direct patient care, within scope of practice. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Current and valid CA RN License
Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Telemetry setting preferred.
BCLS, ACLS, on hire and maintain current.
