Description Robert Half is actively recruiting for a Controller Consultant for Manufacturing company for consulting engagement. The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be leading the month end close, AR billings, running reports (AR aging, AP, Fixed assets) review all journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation. This role will be hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite located in Indio, CA. Technical Skills: Lead month end close procedures, prepare, review and approve journal entries Prepare financial statements and cash flow statements Multistate tax filing (41 states) Interface with operations management team and help with monthly inventory count Compliance and GAAP understandingSoft Skills: Attention to detail Able to communicate at various levels within the organizationRequirements Proficient in Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) Capacity to perform Auditing tasks Ability to prepare Month-end Financial reports Knowledge of Month-end Journal Entries Experience in creating Month-end Reports Proficient in Monthly Account Reconciliation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
