A media and forecasting company that has been around for over 35 years is looking to hire a Data and Analytics Engineering Manager. You will be working on their data analytics platform responsible for providing the company data for their key initiatives and business strategies. This Data and Analytics Manager will be responsible for evaluating technical decisions, providing technical direction for a team of 5 Engineers and have a level on hands-on development. You must have experience leading data warehouse, data lake, business intelligence and streaming data ingestion solutions - managing and administering all aspects of their data warehouse and building ETL pipelines. Their tech stack includes Airflow, Redshift, ETL, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Athena and Databricks. Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of Management experience
- 7+ years' experience with ETL/ELT solutions (Airflow, DBT)
- 4+ years' experience as a Data Analyst working with datasets
- Expert knowledge of data modeling/lake/warehouse
- Proficient with Python or R
- Advanced SQL querying
- Snowflake, Airflow, Athena, S3, Redshift
- Familiarity with AWS
