We are a small residential building company employing between 4-6 people and have been in business for over 20 years. We have a full cabinet shop for doing custom cabinetry and other interior solutions for our customers. Our employees often move in and out of many different facets of carpentry and shop skills; from the beginning stages of building all the way through outfitting our projects with custom high end trim and cabinets. Working for a small company allows for this diversification of skill sets. We expect our people to think, however we hold everyone who works for us accountable and accessible to pass their knowledge on to others and we are respectful of the opposite. Requirements:
proficient in all details necessary to complete ground up residential construction, both exterior and interior finish carpentry
knowledgeable about job site safety
have own transportation to get to and from job sites (not having a truck is not an option)
proficient in using all hand tools for general carpentry
must have personal set of tools: tool belt, square, hammer, etc, screw gun, and circular saw.
must be organized and able to follow instruction
Beneficial but not necessary skills:
woodshop experience
safety in working with large power tools: sanders, table saws, planers, bandsaws, ect.
ability to safely and efficiently operate a skid steer loader and mini excavator
knowledge of plumbing, both rough and finish
knowledge of electrical, both rough and finish
