SUMMARY: As senior support worker, under the supervision and leadership of the Executive Director, will act as leader of direct service staff and volunteers. The Senior Support Worker is accountable for the general operation of the licensed site. Under supervision of the Executive Director, the Senior Support Worker implements policies, oversees operations, and supports staff to assist clients in achieving their goals and objectives in accordance with their individual ISPs and HCBS final rules. Serve as liaison between staff, individuals served, and the Executive Director. Must continue education concerning adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities in a community integration setting.
Great job working with awesome adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm in the community and home like center. Must have a positive attitude, patient, and flexible in daily job routines. Must have a driver's license, clean driving record to drive center vehicles, pass FBI/DOJ fingerprints, physical, drug and TB testing.
