Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to be part of our production team and ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production employees during the 3pm-11:30pm shift, providing guidance and support to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular team meetings to communicate objectives, address concerns, and promote teamwork.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety practices, and equipment usage.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to optimize overall operations.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and equipment performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing settings.
- Problem solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
