Mobile Estates Mobile Home Park, located between Eureka and Arcata, is looking to hire a part time landscaping, and general maintenance person.
30 hours a week, 16.00 per hour. Must have valid CA driver’s license.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming hedges, and gardening.
Ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and well-maintained including out laundry room and shop.
Keep accurate records of hours worked of maintenance activities.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance, lawn care, and light plumbing.
Have knowledge of landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance.
Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely such as lawn mowers, power tools, and weed whackers.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects 50lbs or less.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
