General Maintenance:
Lawn Care
Rental Calls as in hot water heater needing to be checked, leaking faucets, to be able to changed a wax ring on a toilet ect.
Painting and cleaning out units when tenants leave act.
MUST HAVE A CURRENT/VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, CAR INSURANCE AND A RELIABLE VEHICLE
(Gas will be reimbursed if uses own vehicle)
