The Humboldt Senior Resource Center (HSRC) is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist who will provide a broad range of various professional, administrative, and confidential support and routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including, but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and staff training compliance.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day (hours are flexible between 7 am and 6 pm).

Responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience that fosters a welcoming and supportive environment, and ensuring all employees meet required training standards. Experience: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the human resources field or someone with a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of administrative support experience in an office setting.
