The Arcata Theatre Lounge is looking for a skilled and reliable cook to join our team! We’re a lively, mixed-use entertainment venue with a menu that matches our creative atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love making great food, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards
-Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Adapt to special requests or dietary needs
Qualifications:
-1+ year of cooking experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Positive attitude and strong communication skills
-Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
-Food Handler’s Certification
