Saturday & Sunday Required
2 evening shifts
Closed on Mondays
Job Summary: The Breakfast/Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items according to the restaurant’s menu and standards. The position requires ensuring food quality, consistency, and cleanliness while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced cook with a passion for food, team-oriented, reliable and professional and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or breakfast cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as pots and pans, up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
