Compensation: Commensurate discussed on experience; starts @ $15/hr. (Training), looking for Project Management Level Admin after 90 days Probationary Period. (PM Compensation TBD)

We are a Professional Services Company offering administrative and compliance support services to local businesses, particularly to the Cannabis industry but not exclusively.

We manage permitting, licensing, reporting, filings, renewals, registrations, and some certifications for our clients along with subsequent plans. The product we provide is high quality compliance support and we are seeking someone with a high level aptitude for administrative support that can easily transition into a Project Management role and oversee administrative support functions.

This is a PT position to start 8 hours weekly for training, looking for someone up to 24 hours weekly, with opportunity for FT based on performance. Shift would include either Tuesday or Thursday shift M, W, F's from 9am to 5pm and after probationary period opportunity for additional hours may be available.

More hours contingent on ability to manage existing accounts and secure new clients. Could be highly lucrative for right candidate. This is 1099 position only.

Daily Duties will be:

-Opening/Maintaining Office (pre-arranged schedule)

-General Cleaning and Office Upkeep.

-Interacting with Clientele.

-Checking Mail/Voicemail Daily (Office Days).

-Managing Office Schedule.

-Scanning Documents to Files.

-Organizing Existing Filing Systems.

-Keep Email Inboxes Clean & Organized.

-Coordinate on Workshop Space Rentals.

-Market Company Services (Networking Events (Virtual), B2B, Phone/Zoom Meetings).

-Manage Client Files and Billing Accounts (Collecting A/R's).

-Make Bank Deposits & Manage Deposit Receipts.

-Monitor and Maintain Company Webpage.

-Audit and Update Existing Online Directories, Submit for New Directories.

-Assist with Internship Program with HSU, extended Education Programs, & Office Subletting.

Other Duties Could Include:

-account troubleshooting,

-equipment troubleshooting,

-inventory monitoring and, purchasing supplies, etc.

Must be responsible, professional, and courteous. Prior admin experience a must. Interviews immediately.
