Key Responsibilities:
Animal Care: Manage daily care for 20 dogs, exotic cats, and a drag and saltwater fish aquarium in a professional breeding operation, including feeding, grooming, and health monitoring.water changes
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of the home and outdoor property, ensuring a tidy and presentable environment.
Property Management: Coordinate with tradespeople (e.g., plumbers, electricians) to arrange repairs and maintenance for the property.
Art Assistance: Support owners with art-making activities (e.g., mixing and pouring acrylic resin, releasing moulds, ability to use power tools. And have some handyman genes. Assisting with creative tasks).
Physical Tasks: Handle tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs (e.g., moving supplies or equipment).
Requirements:
Veterinary knowledge or experience (e.g., veterinary assistant/technician training, animal care certifications, or hands-on experience in breeding/vet settings).
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong organizational skills to manage animal care, cleaning, property management, and art assistance.
Comfortable living on-site in a private room on its own floor with washroom (pets welcome: dogs or cats OK).

No driving required—position is based entirely at the property in Ravenscraig.
Enthusiasm for assisting with creative/art projects and passion for animals (dogs, exotic cats, fish).
