I am opening a new Massage Studio in Penn Valley in the shopping center across from the main gate of Lake Wildwood early May, by Mother's Day weekend. I am looking for another massage therapist or another complimentary Healing Practitioner to share the space with full or part time or several.
I have been a massage therapist for 22 years & just relocated to the area from the Oregon Coast where I still have a thriving business & go back once a month for approximately 11 days to see clients there. I have a wonderful massage therapist/partner/dear friend there who runs the business when I am here & since I am unable to clone her I am looking for someone or ones to create a similar situation here.
I won't have access to the space until May 1st so, all I have currently is exterior pictures. It's a great space. 590 sq ft, nice flooring, reception counter, heat & air, storage area, peaceful & quiet with good energy & wonderful landlord. There is a small back room with a door & window in addition to the main space. It is between a dentist & psychiatrist with a beauty salon 2 doors down that is next to a well maintained shared bath.

I am open to discussing options & most importantly want to find someone or several people that will flow well working together. You can be a pt employee or more of a partner / independent contractor that wants to work with me to grow the business. In this situation I can include you on my website & work with you developing promotions/marketing, supply you with biz cards etc or you can work as an independent contractor that works completely separate & rents the space on an hourly $25., daily $100., weekly $200., monthly $350. rate including utilities. Whatever option you prefer you will need to have license or certification that is appropriate for your scope of practice and carry your own liability insurance through proper channels.
Again, I am open to discussing any options listed above or maybe something I haven't thought of.
