The County of Nevada, California, located in the scenic Sierra foothills, and the County’s largest technical recruiter, is seeking a collaborative, innovative and dedicated candidate to join the Information Systems Apps Team as an IS Analyst I. While other Information Services teams support daily operations, facilities and help desk, the Apps Team primarily supports innovation efforts. The ideal Apps Team candidate is adept and experienced in developing and implementing processes in a secure, hybrid on-prem/cloud enterprise environment. Strong project management, troubleshooting and discovery skills through self-guided research, data integration, business intelligence reporting tools, Microsoft Active Directory, O365 and Azure expertise are all highly desired.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with course work in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field; or two years of course work plus two years of experience comparable to Nevada County's classification of Information Systems Analyst Trainee.
