Responsibilities
Supervise and train staff members to achieve the property goals
Effectively manages property to maximize property financial goals through low apartment turnover, rapid turns, property improvements, efficient supervision and proper budgeting
Identify and overcome barriers to the successful operation of the community
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year apartment leasing, apartment management or customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
