This is an entry level position for someone who wants to learn property management or for an experienced person. One day a week in the office plus on-call for showing apartments, meeting with repair persons, dealing with tenants and emergencies, etc. Some of the work can be done from your home, online and on the phone. You should have basic computer skills, be good with spreadsheets, good with attention to detail, personable and friendly working with tenants. Quick response time on the phone is important although you won't receive very many phone calls. Please include a resume when you reply. Must have your own computer, internet access, a valid driver's license, and an insured vehicle.
