We’re seeking a dependable and capable Storage Facility Manager to help operate a self-storage business in Auburn, California. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential, ideal for someone who’s both tech-savvy and mechanically inclined.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist tenants with move-ins, payments, and access issues
Perform basic repairs on storage units, gates, and facility infrastructure
Troubleshoot gate systems and perform light electrical/mechanical work
Use our management software (SiteLink) to handle tenant records and payments
Schedule & Pay:
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days per week
Start: Part-time to start, transitioning to full-time
Pay: Starts hourly with growth to $50,000/year salary
Housing Opportunity:
An on-site house may become available (estimated within 11 months). The selected candidate may be offered the option to live on the property as part of their long-term role.
Requirements:
Tech-savvy and comfortable with software (SiteLink experience is a plus)
Hands-on skills: capable with power tools and general repairs
Reliable, self-sufficient, and professional with tenants
Background check required
