Administrative Assistant
Comfort Plumbing is a full service family owned and operated plumbing company providing professional quality service to residential and commercial customers. In addition Comfort Plumbing Systems installs new equipment for new construction and re-model projects. We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant that can step right in with the daily responsibilities of our growing company.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Operations and Marketing Manager to ensure
efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules service calls/dispatch and provides customer service.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Creates lien waivers and pre liens.
Sends out and replies to customer emails.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization, scheduling/dispatch and strong communication.
Supports Operation/Marketing Manager with scheduling staff and safety meetings.
Supports Operation/Marketing Manager with all marketing and outreach duties/tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot and remain calm in stressful work situations.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level,
anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as the company grows.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00. Compensation dependent on experience.

High school diploma or equivalent education required
2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel,
Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Email Programs, and some
QuickBooks experience or desire to learn QuickBooks online
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
